Dr. Kabot is a board-certified orthodontist who has practiced functional orthopedics for over 30 years. In the 90’s he was an early adopter of clear aligners, eventually running a full-scale aligner operation from his practice, from treatment planning to fabrication. Dr. Yassmin Parsaei is a board-certified orthodontist based in NYC with degrees from Yale University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Connecticut. She provides orthodontic care for both children and adults, using traditional braces and clear aligner therapy, and more. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Parsaei serves as Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring Central Park with her French Poodle, Theodore.

Dr. John Pham is an active researcher and contributor to peer reviewed journals such as the AJO-DO and JCO. He strives to use his engineering and dental background to innovate new ways to improve patient care. As a resident, he received over $5M in funding for his research projects. Dr. Pham currently practices in Newport Beach, California and continues his research at USC collaborating with the Viterbi School of Engineering, Ostrow School of Dentistry, and Stevens Center for Innovation.

His commitment extends to organized dentistry, where he serves as a board member of Delta Dental Insurance of Illinois and the Will County Dental Society. Dr. Red’s leadership also includes past presidency of Will County Dental Society and trusteeship within the Illinois Society of Orthodontists.

Dr. Shaheen has treated thousands of patients in his 40 years of orthodontic practice in Missouri, including over 20 years of aligner experience. In addition, he’s had considerable experience in orthodontic education in graduate orthodontic programs and elsewhere. Since 2017, he’s worked with the ProMonitoring team of outstanding orthodontists to help develop our current clinical treatment protocols, in close collaboration with treatment planning, operations, support, and executive teams.

Dr. Siddiqi was born and raised in Orange County, California and has practiced orthodontics since 2014. He graduated from the USC School of Dentistry and then went on to complete his orthodontic residency and MBA at the Roseman University School of Health Sciences in Nevada. Dr. Siddiqi has had a wide variety of experience associating in both private and corporate settings and is now a partner in a multi-disciplinary dentistry-orthodontic practice. He has gained ample knowledge in the aligner space by using a number of different companies.
