This October, the ProMonitoring team worked with several offices to demonstrate the profit potential that ProMonitoring has to offer.
National Love Your Smile Day
Our first National Love Your Smile Day engaged a test group of eight practices to host clear aligner production day events in the month of October.
Hosting these events is a standard part of the ProMonitoring product offering, but this was the first time our team coordinated with multiple practices for a nationwide event.
Planning for success
Successful production day events don’t happen last minute. Our team works with participating practices six weeks in advance or more to help them effectively prepare.
Once we had selected our first National Love Your Smile Day cohort, the first step was to schedule kickoff calls. These calls help set expectations for the event and the preparations required.
Practices each chose a “champion” for their event who would serve as the primary executor. They also delegated responsibilities for marketing, workflow practice, patient tracking, decorations, and more.
Our team also helped each practice set achievable goals for their Love Your Smile Day events.
For Sweet Tooth Dentistry in Valencia, CA, five case starts felt like an achievable goal.
Progressing towards the goal
For six weeks leading up to their events, each practice engaged with members of our ProMonitoring Practice Development team and their ProMonitoring Rep for regular planning sessions.
These sessions served as simple accountability check-ins to ensure that each practice was executing their predetermined plans.
“We engaged the whole team to make these events a success,” says Reece Nelson, Senior Events Manager. “Our regular check-ins gave us additional touch points along the way so nothing slipped through the cracks.”
Successful events are just the start
Throughout the month of October, practices across the country executed their plans with support from the ProMonitoring Reps.
The results were promising, especially for practices like Sweet Tooth Dental, that exceeded their production goals by nearly 100%, smashing their revenue goals.
For many practices, this was the first time they had dedicated a full day to clear aligners. These events provided a great opportunity to try something new, develop more efficient workflows, and work as a team.
“I think we really made a difference in the practices we worked with,” says Jennifer Pinder, Director of Practice Development. “They now have a blueprint for planning events like this in the future—and we’ll be there to help them anytime they need us.”
More National Love Your Smile Days coming soon…
Our first National Love Your Smile Day brought significant revenue growth to participating providers, and helped train their teams for long-term success.
Though this first initiative only featured a limited number of providers, we’re already planning on future events in 2026 with a broader scope.
“We’ve got big plans for National Love Your Smile Days in 2026,” says Jennifer Pinder. “This year’s events proved the value of our approach to production days for our providers, and we’re looking forward to helping more teams drive even more revenue with ProMonitoring soon.”
